YTI Career Institute offers an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management, which give students the foundation to launch successful culinary careers in the restaurant industry.

YTI Career Institute¬† offers an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts – Restaurant Management, which focuses on instruction in cooking and restaurant management.

Courses such as Food & Beverage Management, Introduction to Baking, and Advanced Culinary Techniques give students the foundation to secure entry-level positions such as prep cook, line cook, assistant food service manager, assistant food and beverage manager, and assistant restaurant manager.

YTI also offers training in Pastry Arts, where students with an in interest in food and exciting preparation learn to create delicious and aesthetically pleasing pastries and desserts. Coursework and externships prepare students for entry-level positions as bakers, pastry cooks, and assistant pastry chefs in a wide variety of food service operations. Graduates earn a diploma in Pastry Arts.
