Do I need the classes?

As with many things today, it is possible to make your way in the world without the benefit of pastry baking classes to back you up. However, the time it will take you to work your way through the ranks, beginning at the lowliest position and crawling your way up, is not worth whatever you might save on education.

Education is never money or time wasted. This has never been more true than today. Many employers will not even consider hiring an applicant who does not possess at least the minimum stated educational requirements of a job posting.
