• Personal Chefs Network, Inc. - Our Mission at the Personal Chefs Network® is to
provide cutting edge educational materials for newbie Personal Chefs and a professional network
where support is fanatical. We welcome new and aspiring Personal Chefs as well as seasoned members
to our association. We offer timely support while you develop, grow, and nurture your own business
alongside successful, working Personal Chefs. The Network offers comprehensive tools to assist PCs
at all the various levels of expertise and provide online forums (online bulletin boards) for
participation from all those with a passion for Personal Cheffing and those interested in
participating in and promoting the Personal Chef industry in a professional manner.

Chefs Association - Formed in 1996 by a group of food professionals with a common interest in the
challenges facing the profession, the Research Chefs Association (RCA) has rapidly grown to over
2,000 members. RCA has become the premier source of culinary and technical information for the food
industry.
The RCA membership is comprised of chefs and food scientists working in food
manufacturing, chain restaurants, hotels, ingredient supply houses, consulting and academia; and
other food professionals in R&D, sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, and the media.

• Association of Food Journalists - The Association of Food Journalists, Inc., is a
networking system especially created for journalists who devote most of their working time to
planning and writing food copy for news media worldwide.
AFJ's primary goal is to encourage
communication among food journalists. In addition, AFJ tries to increase members' knowledge of food
and to sharpen their writing, design and broadcast skills. The group also strives to foster
professional standards among its members and other members of the media.

• International Association of Culinary Professional - IACP is a
not-for-profit professional association which provides continuing education and development for its
members who are engaged in the areas of culinary education, communication, or in the preparation of
food and drink.

• American Institute of Wine & Food - In 1981 Julia Child, Robert Mondavi, Richard Graff, and
others founded The American Institute of Wine & Food, a non-profit educational organization devoted
to improving the appreciation, understanding, and accessibility of food and drink. Today, The AIWF
has over 30 chapters in the United States and one in France, with more than 7,000 members who are
restauranteurs, food industry professionals, food educators, nutritionists, chefs, wine
professionals and dedicated food and wine enthusiasts.
